The Mancios Roller Mill at the beach of Nikiti, Chalkidiki, with its surrounding area on the property boundaries, is characterized as a historical listed monument that needs special state protection for social reasons and a remarkable example of technical culture. It is a complex of three stone-built, tiled roofs of different heights, arranged in series. The building complex of the Mancios Flour Mill was built during the interwar period and is an important testimony to the development of traditional windmills in mills with internal combustion engines.
