In order to promote the cultivation of the pomegranate, the producers of Riza started in 2012 the organization of the Pomegranate Feast. The festival takes place in late summer in the central square of the village and includes feast, information events for the new crop and exhibitions of traditional products of the region, such as herbs, sweets, vegetables and dairy.
